Sandbank Homes is a growing company which develops unique Lifestyle Communities in Prince Edward County.

With our initial growth and development being with Wellington on the Lake, in 2007, we will develop two new Communities. Both will be situated in Picton, the largest town in Prince Edward County.

Welbank Meadows is ideally situated only three blocks from all the amenities of downtown, -- Shops, restaurants, banks, and services. The area of development is in a quiet rural-like setting which allows you the feel of country in the County.

TCYC – The County Yacht Club Community – is situated at Picton Harbour. Individual homes will be built at water’s edge, complete with private boat slip at the docks. This development will include a Recreation Complex with Exercise Room, the County Room for social times, Patio, Green Space and indoor Pool.

We will require Sales Professionals who are willing to utilize their knowledge and experience, business professionalism, and desire to succeed to meet the goals and standards of Professionalism set by Sandbank Homes.

Sales Professional:

Reliable, self motivated Sales Professional required for a growing Development Company located in Prince Edward County. The successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, be well organized, and capable of working in a computerized environment. Unlimited potential for an individual who is a self starter.
